Job Title: MOA/admin assistant

Location: Vancouver - downtown

Specialty: Private Health Care Clinic

Type of Position: Permanent Full Time

Availability: ASAP

Description: Full time MOA/clinical care coordinator required to work for one or two family physicians in a private health care clinic.

Duties will include: responding to e-mails, scheduling appointments, making referrals; scanning into an EMR. No clinical assisting required.

You will have a patient base of about 500 to deal with.

This position has great emphasis on providing top customer care service.

Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Salary range: $40,000 to $50,000 commensurate with experience.

Benefits after three months.

Beautiful, state of the art clinic with individual office.

Education: MOA diploma or equivalent experience.

Qualifications: Minimum of three years of MOA experience.

Professional, polished presentation.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a love of working with the public and in health care.

This position requires great attention to detail.

Excellent computer skills.

Excellent English language skills.

Languages: English
